can i install over the top of existing vinyl flooring

Answer by twicker87You can but you need to be carefull make sure the old vinyl floor is secured down tightly other wise the new floor may come up. But I would strongly recommend ripping up the old floor and putting the new floor directly on the subfloor. I also recommend putting down a new subfloor if the old one looks bad.
