Answer by phil WWell sorry it was to general of a question, is it around toilets or an open room? Do you live in LA or Kansas city as the prices are way different? anyway expect about $ 1-2 a square foot, if the carpenter has to prep the under flooring and level etc. try as much as $ 3-5 a square foot, but all in all it should be pretty equal to the square
